Agree with everyone else completely. We used Erik starting at the beginning of December and I believe he was relatively new.
He first recommended the apartments right across the street that were $2500, the most expensive price point we gave him, and then he told us there was no other apartments for under that price.
We needed up putting money down for it, and he had us waiting for 40 days. 40 days with no contact from him whatsoever! Maybe we’ll get it, maybe we won’t.
By the end, it was January, and someone else ended up getting the apartment, god knows how.
So we moved onto the next apartment. We toured one, loved it, and then we went back to his office to start filling out paperwork.
Then, Erik decides to call to see if it’s still available. After we filled out the paperwork, he gets off the phone and tells us that it was sold last night.
Why he didn’t check before we toured it is beyond me. After a few more weeks of no contact from him and no further movement, I went back and got my check back from him.
Breaking up with that realtor was the best decision I ever made, do not go here!
