Delinquent payments went on for months without her or her team noticing. The property landscape deteriorated because she neglected to contract and oversee vendors for lawn, snow and general maintenance.
The providers she did contract (only after numerous resident complaints) were dishonest and unreliable – and she’d complain about the simplest tasks, like having to call them to make sure they showed up.
When any issue was brought to Michele’s attention, she would fly into a fit of rage. I agree with Teresa R. – Michele has serious anger management issues.

Last but not least, PMI’s online resident portal is glitchy and expensive to use. The service fee for paying rent can run up to $30 per transaction unless you sign up for auto-pay (which still isn’t free, but only costs about a dollar).
You and your residents deserve better.
