Oh man, where do I even start!
I cannot believe that these folks continue to stay in business. I chose to break my lease with them rather than continue with the headache.
They are without a doubt the most unprofessional, rude, unaccommodating business of any kind I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with.
I have never had any issues with previous landlords/property managers in my life until I ran into the “realtors” at Phoenix.
I could go on and all day but my advice would be to go to the Better Business Bureau website and look them up. The “F” rating speaks for itself.
