Paul was assigned as my listing agent for a property I rented for this upcoming term. In addition to taking days to respond to emails, texts, calls, etc. he also lacked common courtesy and professionalism.
There has been more than one instance where myself and my broker have been frustrated with Paul’s negligence to respond when there was a question or issue.
For example, I met Paul at his convenience to deliver my first/ last months rent and in return he told me he would have the keys ready for me that following week, both confirmed in email and in person.
When I arrived at the property where I was told a lockbox would have my keys, there was no lockbox and no keys to be found.
This wasn’t the first instance where communication was nonexistent, but it certainly was the last straw.
