Wayne Wilkinson is currently representing a number of apartments for rent in the French Quarter.
Wayne Wilkinson, property manager Dirk Fontenot and French Quarter Realty have aided and abetted criminal behavior at 631-637 Dauphine street for over twenty years.
Anyone who rents from Wayne should know that he is aware of–and has represented this property for sale–of a variety of crimes, including sexual assault and gun violence by the long-term tenants Paul Hopper and Herman Orodoyne.
Wayne will not tell you if the property he represents is even a minimally safe place to live. If you value your money–to say nothing of your life–do not rent from Wayne Wilkinson.
If you complain about the apartment–which may be a roach-infested fire trap as mine was–or being threatened by a gun or sexually assaulted–you will be met with total indifference or simply told it’s your choice to vacate the apartment at any time up to the expiration of your lease.
You will not receive your deposit back! The house itself may also be up for sale so that upon expiration of your lease, you will be looking for another place to live.
I experienced drug abuse and the most racist, sexist language imaginable by the HIV infected tenants, Paul Hopper and Herman Orodoyne.
You will be ashamed to invite family or friends over, and from the beginning of your lease, you will be trying to figure where you must move for your own personal safety.
Wayne is only concerned about turning a quick profit on the rental of an apatment which is overpriced and potentially dangerous.
Whatever you do,do not rent from Wayne Wilkinson. Again, Wayne Wilkinson, property manager Dirk Fontenot and French Quarter Realty have aided and abetted criminal behavior at 631-637 Dauphine Street.
There is no reason to assume they would not do the same at any rental property he represents.
At least a dozen tenants, including myself, have been driven out of the above mentioned house.
The tenants are totally protected by Wayne, Dirk Fontenot,French Quarter Realty and the absentee landlord Carol Monoghan.
