This is specifically aimed at one of their associates, Stephen Leonard. We saw a little house we wanted to view.
So we called the number to set up an appointment. No answer. Left a message. Next day, no call-back. SO I called again, no answer.
Third day, called and finally got an answer. He was gruff and abrasive (if I say that, you know they must be rude) and when I set a time he said, “I GUESS I can make that time. ” and hung up.
Fast forward to the viewing time…He was a no show. No answer to his phone, nothing.
Now this house was on the WANK and I’m in Central City so it’s not EASY for us to get there at 6pm on a work night…Traffic is a nightmare!
SO I called Century 21 and the woman tried several times to find out where he was. Eventually, she just said we’d have to reschedule.
I’m guessing houses are selling themselves which is why he can ignore customers like that…Then again, that house is still on the market so I guess it didn’t sell itself, did it Steve-o?
