I have never had a worse experience renting in Boston in the past 12 years. This place by far tops them all, at being the least professional possible.
I put a deposit and pat the full month fee 6 months before move in date. I tried reaching to the office about a month before move in for a final pay and lease and key pick up information, and of course I get the run around because as Mr Eddie K mentioned above, the same old line, “that agent left” and “call the property owner”.
The agent or the office apparetly took the full fee to himself, and never gave the property management their half.
Few days left before move in and I find out today after doing all the research possible online to find out who to talk to at the property management company.
When I call Remax Metro, they yell at me and tell me to call the lawyer/broker of the office. I call him, no answer and no return of my call.
Yes the agents are working hard, at screwing you ouf of money and once you cut them the check, they never want to help you, even if it means you will be homeless because of their unprofessionalism.
BEWARE of this place. They will make your life miserable. They are all mostly rude and they lie to your face about everything!
