Boardwalk Properties

Terrifying Experience

Terrifying experience with Jacob Coro. Shows up unannounced, no appointment, demanding access to our apartment to show it off.

He claimed he had an email from our property management company and when we continued to deny access, he tried to offer to buy us beer go gain access.

I kept asking him to leave but he became argumentative and combative,  and would not leave until I threatened to call the police.

He then claimed he would call the office and get a key and enter regardless. Once he finally left I reached out to CRM (Our management company).

Upon further investigation from our management company,  they confirmed that no request was ever made and that they in fact had no clue who came by.

They finally reached out when they confirmed who violated our rights and the realtor sent an apology.

I have no clue what kind of people they regularly employ, but this type of illegal and unethical tactics is SHOCKING.

Please find below the email sent by the scumbag who calls himself Jacob Coro:

Good Afternoon Tenants of xxxxxxxxx,

I would like to speak on behalf of myself, Boardwalk Properties, and Boston pads as a whole for the improper procedures followed for the attempted showing of xxxxxxxx on saturday may 4th, 2019.

We as agents, especially agents under Boston pads, are expected to uphold nothing but the most professional standards, and my actions on Saturday no where near represented them.

I wanted to reach out and explain how I thought I was in the right, but I was wrong and did not want their to be any further miscommunication between myself, you folks, and city realty.

I have updated information in our systems that clearly state that there will be no more issues, and no showings without proper notification.

We want our relationship with City realty to remain as so, and we will accustom to their preferences/procedures at any and all times. I assure you, This situation will not happen again.

If you have any questions, Comments or concerns, please do not hesitate (if okay with CRG) to reach out and contact me directly.

If not, I hope you can forgive me in my misguided actions, and I look forward to showing the unit under PROPER circumstances.

Have a wonderful day,

Jacob Coro
