I had the unfortunate experience to deal with Anthony Troiano and his nightmare of a paralegal Jennifer Gabalis.
The buyer used them for a closing in which I sold a unit. His paralegal is incompetent on a scale that I cannot even relate to.
She sent me three tax bills to pay off, two of which were not even related to the unit being sold and were in fact someone elses unit all together.
She was so lazy that I had to obtain my own MLC from the city, and I also had to obtain the payoff figure for the mortgage on the unit.
She was overbearing and in my experience as a developer is a deal killer. More than a few times I considered cancelling the deal because she was so difficult to deal with.
Then there is Anthony himself, he changed the HUD settlement sheet at the closing because he said there was an additional cost to file some paperwork related to the unit.
Troiano had the paperwork for over a week and just all of a sudden decided at the closing to charge an extra fee? This is a horrible law firm, they do no favors to the legal profession.
